Giving a caution or a dismissal to a player should be based on the action. However, I think some preventive measures might be useful for the match. In the cases shown by the video, I don't think that would happen at the very beginning of the match. It should be said that the match may be deterioated during the first half by some dangerous or careless actions first. Being a referee, I think early minor verbal warnings or some talks to players may help. Of course, if the match gesture becomes that bad, cautions or dismissals would only be the choices.
I went to school at United States for almost 8 years, and I have play for the high school and the college team. Of course, there are difference style of the match between Hong Kong and US. It is more aggressive and physical with body contact. So, the referee also has difference game control skill to apply to the match
