將軍澳應該未得！小西灣有機會，但就會小了一群忠實球迷，加上交通配套只有公車，入場觀眾可能會下降，但這些都不是我們裁判員擔心的範圍，只是關心場地質最重要！

Mong Kok Stadium Project is classified as improvement project instead of redevelopment project. The draft planning will allow all first division matches to be played at the stadium as usual, but it is suggested that all international matched should be placed to Hong Kong Stadium in order to fulfill all technical requirements by AFC and FIFA. Due to maintain its uasge to the first division matches, the improvment will last for longer time as the podium will close phase by phase.
