Due to the case will forward to Law Enforcement for follow up action, nothing more can be judge who's right or wrong before the case close.
But anything should be learn from the mistake, and should find the better solution to make things better. In my point of view, I think it is good to investigate for such conspiracy. Otherwise, people might lost interest for the local soccer match.
