逍遙兄, 真抱歉, 這個是球例問答部份的其中一題, 具指引效力, 故此不用實例吧.
我相信意思是主踢點球的球員向後傳球給隊友, 為什麼要判給對方一個間接自由球.

A direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if a player commits any of the following six offences in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force:
kicks or attempts to kick an opponent
trips or attempts to trip an opponent
jumps at an opponent
charges an opponent
strikes or attempts to strike an opponent
pushes an opponent
A direct free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if a player
commits any of the following four offences:
tackles an opponent to gain possession of the ball, making contact with the opponent before touching the ball
holds an opponent
spits at an opponent
handles the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area).
A direct free kick is taken from where the offence occurred. * (see page 3)
A penalty kick is awarded if any of the above ten offences is committed by a player inside his own penalty area, irrespective of the position of the ball, provided it is in play.

為甚麼中圈開球，踢球者踢球一剎那間一旦向後踢，裁判員吹停比賽要重開，而不採用『玩弄球例，欠缺體育精神』給對方得一間接自由球
引申：點球是由於球隊在其點球區域內觸犯十大天條所至
----懲罰犯規一方所至
與中圈開球開球有著不同意義的存在------閞始比賽的一個程序，沒有存在任可犯規的

為甚麼不會說是玩弄球例呢？輸球的一方是弱隊 
恐怕開始比賽後......便採用這樣的行為

這麼一來, 也要數數以下事項,
一) 中圈重新開始比賽, 向後踢不合乎程序, 要重踢..
二) 開出球門球, 皮球未被踢出罰球區域外, 要重踢..
三) 擲界外球呢, 球員不合規格的動作, 卻又被判對方擲界外球...
何解??
