NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 63rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the HONG KONG FOOTBALL REFEREES’ ASSOCIATION will be held on Tuesday, 23rd August, 2011 at the Sportsman Bar of the Police Sport Recreation Club, Boundary Street, Kowloon at 19:15.

2. To Confirm Minutes of the previous AGM
3. To Confirm Statements of Account
4. To Confirm the proposal made by the Executive Committee that
“Mr. Ng Kai Lam” as Life Member
